A mixed bag of snow conditions with some old September and October crusts mixed in with weak sugary snow near the ground and surface.
Comments: 
A couple pictures of the Murdock Peak area with early season conditions. Lots of rocks and trees still around, but enough snow to go for a walk on the flats.
Much of the south facing terrain even at 10,000' is mostly free of snow.
