We had plans for Toledo bowl but got spooked by several whomps collapses breaking trail so decided to stick to less exposed terrain. Pretty poor visibility. Winds were bouncing sw-nw. S2-4 rates. Temps hung around the 30s
dug 2 pits, 9200 and 9800 on SE facing slopes. Both had similar results
CT12 about 20cm down on grapple layer
CT28 about 65cm down on ice crust, well bonded with new snow
