Weather and Snow
Current Conditions: Light snow fell for most of Tuesday but didn't add up to anything. The wind was light with moderate speeds along the higher terrain where it was transporting some snow. Riding conditions remain very good in most locations. Temperatures have been in the mid teens to around 20 over the last 24 hours.

Mountain Weather: We'll have clear skies to start the day with building clouds this afternoon. Temperatures will probably push 30˚F today. Southwest wind should remain pretty light. A quick hitting storm moves through tonight bringing 2 to 4 inches of new snow and some stronger wind from the west. A wet, warm and windy storm will move through starting Friday. I don't quite know what to make of what this will do to the avalanche conditions. It looks out of the ordinary so my guard is up.

Description
Continue to use caution along the steep slopes near the ridgelines where recent wind has deposited snow. There will be pockets of wind deposited snow that could crack out on a person. These drifts and slabs won't be all that big but definitely could knock you around. The most likely places to find trouble are on upper elevation very steep easterly facing slopes just under the ridgelines. If you're monkeying around on cornices or underneath them, don't be surprised......
