special announcement I hope everyone is enjoying their President's Day Weekend in southeast Utah. The Utah Avalanche Center-Moab will update this advisory on Wednesday, February 20th. Observers continue to report of decent skiing conditions below treeline and wind hammered slopes above treeline. The sun is definitely starting to affect those south and west aspects as well.
