Accident and Rescue Summary
A party of skiers were in the Rocky Point and Sunset backcountry area between Alta and Brighton.
One skier was caught, carried, injured in an avalnache and sustained a lower leg injury.
Alta Central was called with members of Alta ski patrol requested to rescue the injured party. Reports from Alta - Very sensitive ~8-12” soft storm slab at the time.
