Party of three. Third skier on the slope caught, carried, and partially buried with his head and arm exposed. Buried party had no injuries. Third skier triggered the slide approximately 30' below the crown face. Crown face averaged 2'-4'. There was a report that it may have been up to 8' deep at the deepest part of the crown.
A second hand party reported this to Alta Central (801-742-2033). If you trigger an avalanche in the backcountry check out our resource link HERE.
