We could see this crown from our cabin window a couple miles away... Went to ride some low angle up on deadmans today and saw the crown up and personal. The slope slid sometime between Sunset last night and 9 am this morning. There were massive wind deposits on the north side of the ridge, which we theorize overwhelmed the PWL.
