Comments
Numerous reports of natural and human triggered avalanches running on slopes steeping than 35°. These avalanches were 9"-12" deep x 20'-60' wide and running up to 300' vertical. Recorded as running on two different density inversions within the storm snow above the the crust on sunny slopes. These avalanches were reported on all aspects above 8500'.
