Comments
Shallow (10"-14") storm slab at 10300' at ridge of bowl avalanched at new snow/old snow interface and stepped down into old snow near the ground further down slope in a steep rocky NE facing area of the East Chute. Nearby study plot picked up .97"SWE over previous 24hr period with wind only gusting to 27mph at 8200' on nearby ridge. Debris ran down gully nearly to summer hiking trail.
