This roof slide failed naturally overnight sometime after midnight on the morning of the 18th of January, with warming temperatures for Friday January 19, 2024 this is something I would be thinking about in neighborhoods that received a lot of snow last week but have yet to see a significant warmup. Be aware of children playing, and solo adults shoveling around buildings.
