Sledding up the main Mill Hollow Trail we observed a shallow but remarkably connected avalanche on a suspect steep (~38degrees) slope. We have passed this slope many times over the past several years and never have seen it release until today. It looked like it had either been triggered by a single sled track that had done a shallow high mark (possibly realized the collapse and turned out) or it went natural overnight.
