Comments
A robust thump triggered this pencil hard slab (R4-D3-O) avalanche on a NE aspect at 10,000'. The start zone measured 38-40 degrees steep. The crown averaged 4' deep and failed on the November facet layer and gouged all the way down to the ground in some parts.
