Comments
This slide was remotely triggered 200' away on the low angle ridgeline by the party before me. (usual suspects)
It took out 70% of the slope initially failing on the November Facet Layer (NFL) 1'-3.5' deep, 300' wide, 400' vert. About mid slope a portion of the path stepped down to the ground and entrained the whole seasons snowpack.
I noticed this slide after I had remotely triggered a separate slide in the adjacent No Name path low and skiers rt of main line.
Comments
On the way back out I negotiated the hangfire to access the deepest part of the left flank.
Comments
This slide entrained lots of snow along the way and travelled aprox. 500' linear across the flats at the bottom. A small amount of tree debris is visible in the deposition.
