was sledding in Snake Creek and noticed the East facing shoulder of Ant Knolls dropped some business. Appears that it had 3-4 start areas but ultimately connected on lower 1/2 of the face. Ran maybe 300-400 vert and maybe 125 wide across all start points.Appears to be storm snow that went which was 10-12".
As we sledded up breaking trail on flat area, noticed many shooting cracks even on almost flat terrain.
Dug a pitt pre-storm and there was a slab forming on 20-30cm of faceted snow. A really bad setup for this past storm which tipped the scale. Snow depth on meadows and trees was 3-5 ft in this zone, but appeared somewhat less on the face that avalanched
