Comments
I snowshoed above Lake Blanche and saw avys on the Cottonwood Ridge (large) and Dromedary (small) as well. This particular avy was on lower Sundial below the large blue ice waterfall. It ran on a common path.
The avy may have occurred due to the ice falling when the ice waterfall collapsed. Either way, it was a fairly impressive avy.
