Comments
Small soft slab avalanche involving new snow from the storm observed at around 7:30am. It happened in a long skinny chute, so the debris pile was deep. A friendly reminder that even small slide can be deadly in the right terrain. We also had a lot of collapsing and cracking on Northern through western aspects around 8500 feet in red pine canyon before observing the slide from across the canyon.
