This slide has previously been observed, but we went today to take a closer look upon our travels. An impressive avalanche and even more impressive deposition. Debris stacked up on the bench in the right hand corner of image 1. In places, it was nearly 20ft deep, no chance a probe would feel the ground there. Large timber was ripped out and moved down slope, and was quite a mess of an avalanche. Any more details from the party on the events of such would be rad to hear! Glad everyone is safe.
