Significant wind affect, with sizable cornices on the east side of the ridge.
Comments
I did not see the slide occur but made my way to the ridgeline as the skier who triggered the slide was searching for his ski. He appeared to be ok and his friends were talking to from the ridge above.
After continuing our climb towards 10420 I looked back to see that the rest of the group had skied the same aspect next to the slide and then traversed across the 30* slope to make it back to the saddle.
None of the members of the group had backpacks, which I am assuming means there was no avalanche gear.
