Comments
I triggered a wet slab on mid ivory which was approximately 6" deep and 25' wide and ran about 75'. It was at the top of a rollover which I estimate was 37-38 degrees. There were signs of rapid warming and as a resulted I aborted my summit approach to the ridge and skied down. Halfway down the run I triggered the small slide. No one caught. No one carried.
I did see evidence of a glide avalanche that occurred either earlier in the day or the day prior. (See photo). This occurred on the Ivory Flakes.
