My apologies for the day-late submission but I observed two slides on West Deso/Powder Park 2 on Saturday (18th) at about 2:30pm MST from the ridgeline and while cutting a skin trail. One was on the face (N aspect) while the other was in the trees along the shoulder (N/W aspect) and at 9,300 and 9,200 feet respectively.
Both appear to have been naturally triggered although I saw some lines coming from the slide on the face (likely prior to the slide b/c the lines did not appear to deviate from top/bottom). Both slides were loose/wet and appeared to have broken on the thermal crust layer below.
