skiing back to car after a nice afternoon in grizzly gulch. climbed just a bit up lower west patsey marley ridge line for a few turns down to albion road. fairly benign terrain but about 34/35 degrees under a small rock band. pocket pulled out on first skier and pushed into a tree. no injury. easy extraction. only thing remarkable was how long the limited snow ran. all the way to the road. good lesson. food for thought. kept slope angle mellow all day but mistakenly took route that required higher angle and per the forecast, it went.
