Comments
Saw from a distance what appears to be a new slide just up canyon of the previous SW facing avalanches in Mill B South. Too far away to know any details but looked recent from afar.
Comments
Hardesty comments: My party also observed this from just below Dromedary Peak. Track in from looker's right and across the top of the crown and across to looker's left. Saw the party heading back by the black quartzite to head back into Cardiac. Others from another party that skiied past the debris pile estimated 2.5' deep and 200' wide. Facet/crust combination suspected as the culprit. More west than southwest. Will try to have someone look tomorrow. According to our records, the previous Mill B South skier triggered avalanche occurred on Jan 19th; previous to that was Jan 7th.
