Comments
After bailing on the upper headwall to Broadfork Twin because snow felt like a slab sitting on graupel, we skied down below the recent glide on our way to Bonkers.
As we were heading up a large glide, approximately 6' feet deep and 80' wide, broke off the North facing wall above the Bonkers path and ran 500 feet.
Also of note was another natural release on the southeast facing cliffs above the skiers left side of Bonkers that picked up enough momentum to burry someone had the skin track been underneath it. This was likely a point release from causes from sun exposure.
