Comments
This avalanche was just skiers right of the one I reported on Friday. Looks like a large natural cornice drop hit the slope, slid down it a ways and then triggered an avalanche that stepped down to the ground. Probably happened towards the end of the storm yesterday seeing that there was an inch or two of new snow on the debris and bed surface. It’s important to note that this slide was also a repeater same as Friday’s slide, Most of West Monitor avalanched during the Thanksgiving storm.
