Comments
Noticed this afternoon that most of the East facing bowls on the Wellsvilles slide during the storm (Gibson, Old Logway, Hells, North Hells, Shumway, etc.). The most significant of these slides appeared to be in Pine Canyon where the slide appeared to be several hundred feet wide at 8800 feet and traveled at least 1250 vertical feet ending in a decent debris pile in the bottom of the canyon. I am assuming that rain on top on the new snow from yesterday initiated the slides.
