Comments
Little soft slab that broke on some facets at the top of a steeper slope. Seems to have broken on facets, which were closer to the surface than what we observed mid slope. Some whoomphing was heard as we were skinning up to the ridge, and we were able to see a lot of cracking at the top of different slopes. Things felt very touchy. Provo mountains still have a pretty shallow snowpack, with rounding facets at the bottom foot or so. Photo taken by Jackson Chandler.
