<p>The crown was up to 4&#39; deep. &nbsp; Most likely occurred right at the end of the storm or perhaps after the snow stopped in the wind was still blowing. &nbsp;Speaking with Mike who has been in these mountains his whole life and knows them as intimately as anyone, he stated &quot;I&#39;ve never seen that slope slide&quot;.&nbsp; Given how unstable the snowpack is, I&#39;m guessing this won&#39;t be the only time we hear this statement this year.</p>
