Comments

Apparently there was a group of snowmobilers up above the German Dugway on Friday highmarking in a little bowl Northwest of Bloomington Peak (see map attached). One individual was caught and carried in an avalanche and was able to stay on his sled for about half of the slide (appears to be 200 vert max looking at the topo map). Half way down the slide he fell off his sled and was buried up to his neck when the avalanche stopped. The rest of the party recovered the individual and unburied his sled and headed for home. They were a little shaken up
