Comments
Exiting down Cardiff, passing other ascent parties, and between Catchers Mitt and Kessler slabs, above Donut falls on the road/trail/skintrack, there was a fresh debis pile/avalanche covering the skin track and was about 2-3 feet deep, about 70 feet wide. Toe of slide another 50 feet beyond skin track. Estimated it ran about 1215 pm, natural (?) and start zone unwitnessed but suspect high NE Kessler. Party of 3 I just passed ascending the drainage on the road likely there about 15 minutes prior. No evidence of other human traffic crossing debris. 4-6 inch tree trunks broken. There are many slide paths that cross the ascent route in this area.
