Avalanche Advisory
Advisory: Skyline Area Mountains Issued by Brett Kobernik for Tuesday - February 2, 2016 - 7:09am
bottom line

The avalanche danger is CONSIDERABLE in the high terrain. The new snow along with wind drifting enhances the chances of triggering an avalanche that breaks into deep weak layers. Avalanche paths that have already avalanched this season are the most likely places to find trouble.

current conditions

Snow totals vary and are a bit sketchy but it appears that the Fairview Canyon area didn't fair that well with only a few inches of new snow from the last storm. It looks like Ephraim Canyon did much better with around 10 inches of new snow. It has been windy so anticipate lots of wind transported snow.
