Comments

We cracked out a couple of small wind slabs in drifted terrain. There are likely to be steep slopes where you'd likely trigger larger avalanches of wind-drifted snow. We found deep powder riding conditions and 4 to 5 feet of total snow on the ground at our Card Canyon weather station at 8700 feet.
