Problem #1 Comments
Based on observation, concers lie both on top and below the firm melt freeze crust in the snowpack. The wet snow below this crust seems to be setting up nicely. I am leery of the steep, cold northly slopes

Comments
I was surprised at the quality of the riding today. Generally, we found 79cm-95cm of snow above 7900'.
I am leery of the steep, upper elevation, cold northly slopes; the rest of the compass seems to be well on its way to healing with plenty of moisture in the lower snowpack.
