Hasty pits reveals the sugar sitting below the Xmas crust is still waiting down there. On top the surface was rapidly faceting on all aspects, with the largest facets found in the sunny side of things.

Problem #1 Comments

The wind loaded the ridgeline with cornices in several places. While these feel solid they will surely be the basis for more problems if/when it blows and snows again.

For now, the snow atop the Xmas crust provided a stiff meringue to slash through all day.
