Travel was along Guardsman Pass Road to Guardsman Pass and up to 10,420'. All travel was done on foot, although skis would now work well along the Guardsman Pass Road. HS (height of snow) is 30-45 cms above 10,000'.

There is faceted snow on northerly aspects above about 9,000', but the layer of facets in this area is generally 10-15 cms (4-6") and from what I have been seeing over the past week, the layer of facets is discontinuous not well-connected across a slope.
