Looking west from Wolf Creek Pass along Duchesne Ridge, the polar aspects are covered above 9,500' with snow depths in this zone around 8-12".

Things are a bit thin for me to break out the sled and skis, but it's a great time to get the dog tuned up and out for a rip ahead of the incoming storm over the Holiday weekend.

On a north slope at 10,000' there is about 20cm of snow, or 8", laid down from the storms we received so far in November. There is not much structure, and most of the snow is right-side up but becoming sugary and weak. The pack is thin over here and will not be very resilient to faceting and the elements.
