Problem #1 Comments
Recent wind slab/storm slab avy that ran naturally during the April Fools storm is highlighted with arrows. Even though the avy hazard decreased and today's slab isn't nearly as touchy, I watched Jason and Dave doing it right and with class, stepping into this big terrain today, navigating turns safely by avoiding gullies and instead using natural islands of safety like the rib they so eloquently slayed :)
Comments
While mostly solid, corni have grown ginormous. Just falling off one could easily lead to a season ending knee tweak.
I've been tracking the layers of snow since the beginning of the season. With a strong, solid snowpack underfoot, I felt very comfortable taking the monster truck out for a few laps in big, committing Uinta terrain today.
