Tour started at 0930 and went to 1130. Clouds thinned as the morning went on. Winds remained strong at mid elevation ridge tops and moderate in the drainage. Temps rose and it was 43F in the parking lot upon departure.

HST from 3/13-3/16 was 40-60cm in this zone. All of it had settled well and was receiving heat from the solar input and the warm ambient air temps.
