Snow Characteristics Comments
Still finding quite nice snow, but the band of soft settled snow is getting a little narrow. The sunny aspects did soften a little bit, but the tricky melt freeze crust is getting more widespread.
Red Flags
Red Flags Comments
I was a bit surprised to not find much in the way of red flags. The winds were calm, the snow pack seemed to be non reactive where I dug which ended up being a fairly deep snow pack which is not real representative of the Mill Creek area. The mild temperatures were not enough to get any wet activity going.

Problem #1 Comments
With time and a stretch of mild weather, hopefully the snow pack is moving in the right direction, but it feels like it has been a tricky and unusual snow pack.
Comments
It was a pretty mellow and chill day in the Mill Creek area with beautiful clear skies, good snow and lots of solitude.
