Was expecting a bluebird, but instead the graybird showed up. However, with 10" of cold, creamy, storm snow... no complaints :)

Red Flags Comments
Multiple days of raging pre-frontal wind and then finally, wind and Friday storm snow
Avalanche Problem #1
Problem
Persistent Weak Layer
Problem #1 Comments
I'm not entirely trusting the snowpack structure, so I'm not pulling on the avalanche dragons tail. Instead... I'm weaving through terrain I know can't avalanche and is void of overhead hazard- mid elevation, wind sheltered slopes, with a little south and east to the aspect and yeah, I'm having a blast on mid angle slopes.
Avalanche Problem #2
Problem
Wind Drifted Snow
Problem #2 Comments
I thought we would've seen widespread wind slabs and a few more naturals. Turns out that problem was rather well-behaved
