By mid to late afternoon the snow had arrived and was dumping above 8-8.5k in elevation.

Through out the day our travel took us from CoOp creek TH to Currant Creek peak. Snowpack was about 140cm (4.5-5') at the high elevations. The snow (where there had been a lot of traffic) was very supportive. However, steeping out in the trees (boondocking) there is still a lot of unsupportable snow and I was sinking into the low layer of facets.
