Snow Characteristics Comments
Anywhere the snow is soft, it's weak and faceted. In many areas, your pole will now sink right to the ground as the snow becomes increasingly unsupportable.

Persistent Weak Layer
Problem #1 Comments
In many areas, if not all, there is no slab over our very weak and faceted snowpack. Therefore, the avalanche danger at the moment is LOW as we lack that slab. I would be cautious in any area that has seen wind loading. It wouldn't take much to whip up a shallow, soft, or hard slab that easily fails on the super fragile snow below. I think this will be a very isolated avalanche and likely not large enough to bury you.
