Didn't expect to have much to report from my time on the trails this morning, but I can add a bit to the reports of surface hoar. Anywhere at the low elevations that still has snow seems to be producing ample surface hoar. Not too surprising given the current inversion, but these crystals were a couple centimeters in size, with plenty elsewhere in 0.5-1cm range.
