Snow Characteristics Comments
Nice, shallow powder up high, but you could certainly feel an underlying crust on slopes steeper than about 25°. Dust-on-crust below about 8000', and the new snow became moist and gloppy in most places in the afternoon.

Red Flags Comments
We found stable snow and a LOW avalanche danger, but we observed both heavy snowfall and rapid solar warming at times.
Comments
A classic Spring Weather day, with generally stable fresh snow, shallow powder, and free refills. The few inches of new snow greatly improved riding conditions; still, we found the best on lower-angled slopes.
