Snow Characteristics Comments
Snow was good so long as we stayed on north facing terrain. Outside of that there were at least two temperature crusts since last weekend. Neither of theses were all that strong and you could ski through them, but it wasn't ideal.

Red Flags Comments
About 45cms of settled new snow above last weekends crust. Weak snow below the crust was a bit of a concern, although we mostly skied low angle terrain. There were also two temperature crusts in the upper part of the snow pack that broke easily in snowpit tests.

Problem #1 Comments
The weak crusts in the upper part of the snow pack were my primary concern today. Around ridgelines these had winddrifted snow above the crusts which could provide an easy failure plane in the right location. Relatively easy snow pit test results (CT12 - CT24).
