10F at 5400ft at 0830. A few clouds in the sky throughout the day near summits and high elevation ridgelines. Light winds below 7600ft. Above this, consistent moderate winds from the NE.

Found surface hoar up up to maybe 0.5cm in size up to 7500ft. Otherwise, soft and powdery where it wasn't wind affected.

Comments
Dug at 7000ft NE. CT24 about 50cm down, at the Feb 2 storm snow interface on the underlying crust. ECT was unreactive. Crusts were decomposing and facets were rounding. This is obviously not representative of high elevations, but the trend continues toward stability for the time being. Photo below.
