Dug a pit at 7000ft and the PWL is seemingly improving as I could not get a propagation or failure at all with testing.

37th year in the birthday bowls (actually a week late) surprised to see corn on the south slopes at 7000 ft. at 11am. See photo. Everything seemed locked up and frozen with the exception of late afternoon roller balls. PWL building strength at the lower elevations below 7000ft.
