Did not note any lingering facets above the solar crusts and tests/test slopes showed a good bond to these mf crusts. Weaknesses noted a few cm above the crust and also 30cm down. Only minor cracking on test slopes.

We did not note much wind transport in SE Cardiff bowl or along the Flagstaff ridge. See notes above and compare weather stations - there are sure to be sensitive soft slabs of wind drifted snow in more exposed terrain.
