Comments
While we were already getting out into this area on skis at this date last year, there is no (and very little) snow this year. Hopefully, this will change over the weekend, with a couple of feet of much-needed snow possible.
In the Wood Camp area, the only slopes with any weak snow are northerly-facing, and it's very shallow, so there will be a thin layer of suspect faceted snow on the ground interface. As we head into December, the sunny, bare slopes will not have any old, buried November snow and could offer more stable options for travel.
