Recent cornice fall triggered avalanches on north and east aspects near & above-treeline. The cornice gouged into the recent snow and entrained a large debris pile.

Large school bus-sized cornices line upper elevation ridges

NSF was starting to develop on sheltered northeast aspects near treeline. Might be destroyed by warm temperatures or wind before our next storm.
