Comments
We ascended from the Broads Fork TH adjacent to the northern edge of the bonkers slide path. From there we continued to ascend NW to about 9k ft where we dug a pit with fairly unreactive results. The temp started at 25F with a observed high of 45F throughout the day, and we observed a small amount of wet activity high in the alpine on more NW slopes. On the way down we skied a route adjacent to the skin track, and the snow got progressively heavier as we went down. There appeared to be glide cracks on the faces to the south of bonkers (see photo).
